Stuck, or found something wrong in Odyssey for Today? This is how to get help, and how to reach us.

Something wrong with a card, module or course

Each card's page, each module's page, and each course on the Курсы page has Сообщить о проблеме. Open it on the one that is wrong and tell us:

  • what you did, such as the answer you typed;
  • what you thought would happen, and what happened instead;
  • the device and browser you were using, if the app itself misbehaved.

The report reaches us with the card, module or course it is about, and your username.

Signing in

  • Forgot your password? Choose Не помнишь пароль? on the sign-in page. We email you a code to set a new one. The code works once.
  • Two-step sign-in. If you have lost your authenticator app, a passkey still signs you in without the code. With no passkey, write to us from the address on your account and we will turn two-step sign-in off. Your password then signs you in alone, and you can turn two-step sign-in on again in Настройки.
  • Passkeys. Add one in Настройки, then choose Войти с ключом доступа on the sign-in page. A passkey lives on your device or in its password manager. If you lose it, sign in with your password, remove the old one in Настройки and add a new one.
